Skate Malmö Street Results

 

Once again, the weekend came and went. Friday saw the opening of the Bon Voyage photo exhibition, ironic for a street event the new bowl at Stapelbäddsparken as well as the film premiere of Malmø by Danijel Stankovic, Martin Pennlowe and Christian Mattsson. Big hype and mix of generations. Watch it here. The veterans pulled this one together – Will we see the next generation hosting next year’s premiere? 

Saturday saw rain, but edits show the teams braved the elements and went to work. Unfortunately, the Tösabidarna session got rained out, but the exhibition can be seen on the Stapelbäddparken fence. 

Sunday provided better weather and the edits started trickeling in on SHINNER. After some deliberation, here are the results:

TÖSABIDARNA EXHIBITION AND SESSION: 17:00

Tösabidarna partnered up with photographer Jacob Hansson to shoot photos over the sumer. BBQ, session, DJs.

Edits between 1-7 minutes long.

Edits judged on skating, creativity, filming, vibe and things skateboarders care about.

Everyone loves drop-ins don’t they? Drop in on different stuff. Be creative. Charge!

EARTH, WIND, WATER:

Skate three of the elements.

 

DOUBLE RAINBOW:

Film doubles on rainbow spots. That means two tricks in a row, two at once or one trick done by two people.

Skate at your own risk and skill level

You are responsible for your own participation. Skate Malmö does not encourage risk-taking. Low-risk challenges offer as many or more points as high-risk challenges.
